Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

What You’ll Do:

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities for the sales team. This role is a key driver of growth, generating and nurturing leads through a mix of outbound and inbound prospecting strategies.

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target accounts.

• Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via phone, email, and social media.

• Qualify inbound leads according to specified criteria.

• Set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and sales executives.

• Maintain and update CRM with accurate client information and notes.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in using CRM software.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the technology sector is a plus.

• Familiarity with sales methodologies and techniques.

• Understanding of lead generation tools and processes.

 

Personality:

• Highly motivated and goal-oriented.

Software & Tools:

C2, Native

 

Schedule:

9-5 EST
