Job Description:

Our Client is seeking a Supply Chain Operations and Logistics Analyst to support the planning, coordination, and optimization of supply chain processes. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in evaluating operational data to improve logistics performance, inventory accuracy, and cost efficiency.

 

Responsibilities:

• Analyze supply chain and logistics data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.

• Monitor and manage inventory accuracy, stock levels, and replenishment processes.

• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery and efficient operations.

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operations, transportation, and fulfillment.

• Prepare detailed reports and dashboards to support decision-making.

• Assist in the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives.

• Support cross-functional teams in forecasting, demand planning, and operational problem-solving.

• Ensure compliance with operational guidelines, quality standards, and logistics requirements.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in supply chain, operations, logistics, or a related field.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create actionable insights.

• Experience working with supply chain planning, inventory management, or logistics processes.

• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ERP or supply chain management systems.

• Familiarity with demand planning or forecasting methodologies.

• Knowledge of warehouse or transportation operations.

• Ability to create dashboards and performance reports.

Software & Tools:

C1, C2, Native

 

Schedule:

9 to 5 EST
