The Customer Dispute Specialist will be responsible for managing customer complaints and disputes through a dashboard. The role involves following specific instructions to resolve issues related to credit reporting.

The position starts with a commitment of approximately five hours per week, with potential for growth as the company scales.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Log on to the dashboard daily for 1-2 hours to manage customer disputes.

• Follow provided instructions to resolve customer complaints.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Fluent in English, with strong written communication skills.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in customer service or handling disputes is a plus.

 

Personality:

• Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions accurately.
