We are hiring on behalf of a leading company in the accessibility tech space. Our Client is dedicated to simplifying ADA & WCAG compliance through innovative automated software solutions. Their mission is to help businesses achieve compliance effortlessly, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility for all.

Job Description:

As the Sales and Account Manager, you will play a key role in managing client relationships, handling inbound sales processes, and supporting the growth of the business. You’ll manage communications with leads and clients, ensuring seamless interactions through calls, emails, and video meetings. Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM platforms is essential to help drive success in this position.

Schedule:

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday
  • 9 AM to 5 PM EST

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the HubSpot CRM system to organize and track client interactions and sales leads.
  • Handle inbound phone calls and address client inquiries.
  • Conduct video calls with prospects and existing clients to present solutions, nurture relationships, and close deals.
  • Manage email communications with leads and clients, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
  • Support and enhance the sales process, ensuring that leads move efficiently through the sales pipeline.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Sales or Account Management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
  • Experience in managing inbound sales processes, including handling client inquiries and closing deals.

Language Requirement:

  • C2+ Level of English proficiency.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in a tech or SaaS company.
  • Familiarity with ADA & WCAG compliance solutions.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
