Our client is seeking a full-time Cold Caller/Inbound to join their dynamic team. The role is positioned at a master-level within the organization.

 

Responsibilities:

• Engage with inbound inquiries and provide expert advice on insurance-related matters.

• Collaborate with the service center linked to a call center to ensure seamless operations.

• Cold call individuals interested in joining their team.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Ability to work full-time within the specified regions (Argentina, Brazil, USA).

 

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in multiple languages relevant to the regions served (e.g., Spanish, English).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Previous experience in a similar advisory or customer service role.

 

Personality:

• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Adaptable and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

 

Software & Tools:

• Familiarity with call center software and CRM systems is advantageous.

 

English Level:

C2, Native

 

Schedule:

9 - 5 CST
