Job Description:

You will be responsible for converting cold or warm leads into signed clients, managing follow-up sequences, and supporting discovery and closing calls in English. You will interact with executives, business owners, and wealthy families.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Run and support closing calls with qualified leads

• Manage post-call follow-up: personalized outreach, objection handling, timeline tracking

• Handle inbound leads from paid ads and organic: initial qualification, scheduling, CRM update

• Keep our CRM up to date with accurate pipeline data after every interaction

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience closing high-ticket products or services in English

• Ability to handle objections from sophisticated buyers without a scripted response

• Experience working with CRM tools such as Airtable

• Fluent written and spoken English, C1 minimum

• Self-managed and reliable in a remote setup

 

Preferred Skills:

• Background in financial products, investment advisory, or immigration consulting

• Experience selling to US, Canadian, or Middle Eastern clients

• Familiarity with the Italian Golden Visa or similar programs

 

Personality:

• Ability to handle complex conversations without a script

 

Software & Tools:

• CRM tools such as Airtable
