Job Title: Outbound Sales Representative

 

Position Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Outbound Sales Representative to join our team. This is a part-time, remote position focused on generating leads, scheduling appointments, and following up with potential clients. The role requires excellent communication skills, self-discipline, and a strong ability to manage tasks independently.

Our Client, a well-established advisory firm, is looking for a skilled sales professional to expand their client base by actively engaging with prospects across various industries. They are committed to providing a supportive and flexible work environment that values performance and results over micromanagement.

 

Work Schedule

  • Part-time: 20 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday
  • Flexible hours between 9 AM – 5 PM ET

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to pre-qualified leads provided by the company.
  • Effectively manage and nurture leads to convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure timely follow-ups and distribution of marketing materials.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the company’s CRM.
  • Schedule and set up appointments with potential clients for senior management.
  • Provide regular reports on sales progress and key metrics.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a remote environment.
  • High level of professionalism in client interactions.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic email tools.

 

Language Requirements

  • Proficiency in English (C2 level) with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or cold calling.
  • Expertise in the Zoho CRM platform.
  • Experience working in remote teams across different time zones.
  • Familiarity with sales funnels and conversion strategies.

 

Compensation

  • Salary paid weekly in USD or local currency according to your preference.
  • Monthly Salary range of $740 - 830 USD commensurate with experience and qualifications.
  • Commissions will be available after a 90-day period based on performance.
  • 10 days of PTO available after the first 90 days.
  • US federal holidays are paid.
  • Unpaid sick leave with a corresponding doctor’s note.

 

Additional Details

  • Candidates will be provided with international phone access and necessary tools for communication.
  • Candidates should expect to receive training on company-specific CRM and processes.
