Our Client is involved in the furniture industry and focuses on generating leads through online channels. They are committed to converting potential leads into appointments through effective communication.

 

Job Description:

Our Client is seeking a part-time Outbound Call Specialist for their furniture division. The primary responsibility will be to handle all outbound calls from leads generated through Facebook ads and other online channels. The goal is to invite potential customers to visit the store and assist them with any inquiries.

 

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to leads generated from online marketing efforts.

• Schedule appointments with potential customers to visit the store.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.

• Keep accurate records of calls and appointments made.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in outbound calling or sales.

• Strong communication skills with a professional demeanor.

• Ability to work part-time with potential for full-time based on performance.

• Comfortable with speaking English with a slight accent.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience in the furniture industry is a plus.

• Experience with cold calling and appointment setting.

 

Personality:

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Adaptable and open to feedback.

 

Software & Tools:

• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is preferred.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar applications.

 

English Level:

C1, C2, Native

 

Schedule:

9 - 5 EST
