Job Description:

Our client is seeking an AI Automation Specialist to start integrating and streamlining processes through AI. This role is crucial for enhancing operational efficiency and leveraging cutting-edge technology within the company.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Integrate and streamline processes through AI.

• Build and maintain AI automations.

• Implement AI agents and LLM-based workflows.

• Perform WordPress administration and maintenance.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI automations and integrated systems.

• Integrate multiple platforms through APIs and automation tools.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience building and maintaining AI automations.

• Expertise working with AI agents and LLM-based workflows.

• Experience using automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, and/or n8n.

• WordPress administration and maintenance experience.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• C1, C2, or Native English level.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience in Property Management or Real Estate.

• Familiarity with platforms such as AppFolio, Tenant Turner, or Z Inspector.

• Experience working with AI implementations for customer-facing communications.

• Experience with GitHub.
