Job Description:

Our Client is seeking a full-time Virtual Sales Professional to effectively close inbound leads for their educational services.

 

Responsibilities:

• Call prospects immediately after they schedule a consultation.

• Conduct inbound sales calls using a consultative, trust-building approach.

• Write and send follow-up emails to advance deals and close sales.

• Own the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to close.

• Maintain detailed records of leads and pipeline activity in Zendesk.

• Work autonomously with a sense of urgency.

• Proactively identify lost opportunities and suggest improvements.

• Continuously seek to refine and improve sales skills and processes.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in remote sales (preferably in high-ticket or education-based services).

• Flawless English (written and spoken) with impeccable grammar, tone, and professionalism.

• Strong phone presence with the ability to build rapport quickly.

• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Familiarity with value-based, consultative, or psychological sales techniques.

• Commitment to continuous learning and sales mastery.
