About the Company:

Our client is a legal law firm that provides various legal services and support to clients.

 

Job Description:

The Administrative Support Specialist will be responsible for making outbound calls to insurance companies to request documents and provide basic case information during calls.

The role also includes following up on outstanding document requests and translating basic information between English and Spanish as needed.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Make outbound calls to insurance companies to request documents.

• Provide basic case information (case number, client name, requested document, etc.) during calls.

• Follow up on outstanding document requests.

• Communicate in both English and Spanish depending on the client or recipient.

• Perform other simple administrative tasks as requested.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Bilingual – fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken).

• Attention to detail.

• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.

• Previous experience in administrative support, virtual assistance, or call-based roles is a plus.

• No legal experience required.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Strong communication skills.

 

Personality:

• Reliable and self-motivated.

 

Software & Tools:

• Familiarity with basic office software.
