• Provide clear and friendly assistance to resolve basic customer issues.

• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams when needed.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

• Follow established support processes and guidelines.

• Deliver a positive and professional customer experience at all times.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Native or C2-level English proficiency (spoken and written).

• Previous experience in customer service or a client-facing role (junior level).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to follow processes and handle repetitive tasks consistently.

• Comfortable using basic software and digital tools.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in a remote or distributed team.

• Familiarity with customer support tools or ticketing systems.

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities.

 

Personality:

• Friendly, patient, and customer-focused.

• Reliable and eager to learn.

• Organized with good time management skills.

9 AM - 5 PM EST
