Job Description:

Our Client is seeking a part-time AI Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will develop and manage AI agents within Slack, identify and categorize tasks, bugs, and queries, and integrate AI solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement AI agents within Slack to assess and categorize posts.

• Automate processes for identifying bugs, tasks, and general inquiries.

• Collaborate with team members to improve system efficiencies.

• Maintain clear documentation of AI processes and updates.

• Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth AI operations.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience in AI development and implementation.

• Familiarity with Slack and its integrations.

• Understanding of basic AI agents and their functionalities.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with AI tools and platforms.

• Ability to work with automated systems and tools like Make (formerly Integromat).

• Familiarity with bug tracking and task management.

 

Personality:

• Highly organized and diligent.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Capable of working independently and efficiently.

• Open to learning and adapting to new technologies.

 

Software & Tools:

• Slack for team communication and task management.

• Make (formerly Integromat) for automation processes.

Schedule:

Flexible between 9-5 EST
