Our Client is a virtual staffing agency that provides experienced virtual assistants (VAs) to businesses across the United States. Their mission is to deliver high-quality support services by sourcing, training, and managing professional talent for administrative, sales, and operations tasks.

 

Job Description:

Our Client is seeking a proactive and experienced Virtual Assistant to support with outbound sales, lead generation, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales (preferably B2C and C2C), be comfortable making outbound calls, and possess excellent English communication skills. This is a remote, full-time position requiring high levels of organization, initiative, and professionalism.

 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound sales calls and prospect outreach.

• Generate and qualify leads independently.

• Support the client with administrative tasks as needed.

• Follow internal processes and training for lead generation.

• Collaborate with internal teams to meet performance expectations.

• Participate in a strict vetting and onboarding process prior to placement.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience in sales, preferably in B2C or C2C environments.

• Excellent English communication skills (C2 level preferred).

• Proven experience conducting outbound calls and lead generation.

• Comfortable with multitasking and working in a dynamic environment.

• Ability to work full-time and follow internal SOPs.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Background in healthcare or legal industry is a plus.

• Experience working with U.S.-based clients.

• Prior experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar remote role.

 

Personality:

• Self-motivated and driven to achieve results.

• Organized and capable of managing multiple responsibilities.

• Proactive and independent in completing assigned tasks.

• Professional, flexible, and adaptable to different work styles.

 

Software & Tools:

• CRM tools (training provided if necessary).

• Communication platforms (Zoom, email, etc.).

• Internal lead generation tools (provided by the client).

 

English Level:

C2, Native

 

Schedule:

9 - 5 EST
