Job Description:

Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide support in managing daily operations and ensuring smooth communication and scheduling.

 

Responsibilities:

• Manage the client’s email inbox and respond in a timely and professional manner.

• Manage and maintain the client’s calendar, including scheduling and coordinating meetings.

• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and progress.

• Prepare and maintain performance and results reports.

• Support daily operational tasks.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency in email and calendar management.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

 

Personality:

• Proactive and self-motivated.

• Professional demeanor and appearance.

• Adaptable and flexible in a dynamic work environment.

 

Software & Tools:

• Familiarity with standard office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, email clients, calendar applications).

 

English Level:

C2, Native

 

Schedule:

9 AM - 1 PM
