We are looking for a Go High Level (GHL) Generalist to join our client's team. This role is ideal for someone who has previous hands-on experience using Go High Level and is excited to continue learning and working with the platform every day.

The successful candidate will handle a combination of administrative and creative tasks while supporting multiple client subaccounts. This position requires someone who enjoys troubleshooting issues, staying organized, and managing a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Perform administrative tasks within the Go High Level platform.

• Manage and maintain multiple client subaccounts.

• Troubleshoot platform issues and resolve day-to-day operational challenges.

• Complete a variety of client-related tasks accurately and efficiently.

• Assist with creative work inside the Go High Level platform.

• Keep client accounts organized and up to date.

• Collaborate with the team to ensure tasks are completed on time.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Previous hands-on experience using Go High Level (GHL).

• Comfortable navigating and working within the GHL platform.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks across different client accounts.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience supporting multiple client accounts.

• Familiarity with administrative workflows within Go High Level.
