Job Description:

Our Client is seeking a skilled GoHighLevel Specialist to manage and optimize their CRM system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating automations, dashboards, and reports to improve the efficiency of client follow-ups and interactions.

 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement CRM automations to enhance client management processes.

• Create and maintain dashboards to provide clear insights and analytics.

• Generate reports to support data-driven decision-making.

• Manage and optimize follow-ups with clients to ensure timely communication and service.

• Collaborate with the team to integrate CRM with other systems.

• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving CRM-related issues.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM platforms.

• Strong understanding of CRM automations and dashboard creation.

• Experience in generating and analyzing reports.

• Familiarity with client follow-up management.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of WordPress and API integrations.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

 

Personality:

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

• Strong communicator with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.

• Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for optimizing processes.

 

Software & Tools:

• GoHighLevel CRM Platform

• WordPress (preferred)

• APIs for system integration

 

English Level:

C2, Native, C1

 

Schedule:

10 am to 3 pm EST

 

Salary and Benefits:

• Payment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate's preference.
