Job Description:
Our client is looking for a Studio Manager with a strong background as a Senior Project Manager who is ready to evolve into a Chief of Staff–style role. This position is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of operations, project management, and quality control.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day studio operations and project delivery across teams
• Ensure project management best practices are followed consistently
• Own delivery quality, timelines, and process adherence across accounts
• Act as a strategic partner to leadership on operations and execution
• Support resource planning, workload balancing, and team coordination
• Improve internal workflows, documentation, and operational processes
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and delivery issues and proactively resolve them
• Align project execution with company goals and client expectations
• Mentor and support project managers and team leads
• Serve as a bridge between leadership, delivery teams, and operations
Required Experience and Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, Studio Manager, or similar role
• Strong background in operations, delivery management, and quality control
• Experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams
• Ability to work closely with leadership and support strategic initiatives
• Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Experience working in agency, startup, or fast-paced environments
• High level of ownership and accountability
Preferred Skills:
• Experience acting as a Chief of Staff or operations lead
• Background in design, development, or digital product environments
• Experience managing remote or distributed teams
• Strong documentation and process-building skills
• Ability to scale processes as teams and projects grow
