Job Description:
Our client seeks a part-time Customer Service Representative to manage inbound inquiries across Meta Business Suite (Facebook and Instagram), WhatsApp, and their CRM platform (Go High Level). This role includes engaging with leads, setting appointments via chat, updating statuses in the CRM, and maintaining accurate records. You’ll be working with scripts but are also expected to adapt and respond empathetically when needed.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to inbound messages via Meta Business Suite, WhatsApp, and Go High Level CRM.
Set appointments with qualified leads directly through the chat platforms.
Follow scripts while personalizing responses based on customer context.
Engage with empathy and professionalism.
Transfer complex or escalated inquiries to the appropriate internal team.
Track performance metrics such as response times, appointment setting rates, and customer satisfaction.
Maintain organized and up-to-date records in the CRM.
Ask for help and communicate proactively when support is needed.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
Understanding of health and wellness.
Results-driven and performance-focused, comfortable working toward daily or weekly targets.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Go High Level CRM or similar systems preferred.
Confident using chat-based platforms and navigating multiple tools.
Personality:
Empathetic and professional demeanor.
Proactive communicator.
Compensation & Benefits:
