Our client is a multi-venture entrepreneur managing several businesses, including real estate development, property management, and assisted living services. As part of a strategic growth plan, the client is launching multiple brands that require strong online presence, functionality, and lead capture tools. They are seeking a skilled web developer to help build out a series of high-quality websites from the ground up.

 

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Web Developer to work on a project basis and build clean, professional websites for multiple business ventures. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end development and can deliver fully functional websites with CRM integrations and a focus on usability and branding.

 

Responsibilities:

Develop multiple websites from scratch, each tailored to a different business within the client’s portfolio.

Create and implement modern, responsive designs using best practices in UX/UI.

Integrate CRM systems and lead capture forms to support marketing and customer engagement.

Coordinate with the client to understand branding, structure, and content needs.

Ensure functionality, speed, and cross-device compatibility of all websites.

Provide documentation and support as needed after site deployment.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

Proven experience developing full websites from concept to deployment.

Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one CMS (e.g., WordPress, Webflow).

Ability to build and implement CRM integrations.

Comfortable working independently and managing multiple deliverables with minimal supervision.

Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.

 

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with GoDaddy and other hosting/domain management tools.

Experience designing for real estate, healthcare, or service-based industries.

Ability to contribute to branding, messaging, and layout planning.

Skills in performance optimization and SEO basics.
