Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative / Quoter with experience in the insurance field. This role involves servicing customers, processing quotes, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations. The ideal candidate will have direct experience within an insurance agency and possess strong communication skills.

 

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service by answering policy questions and handling billing inquiries.

Process quotes for homeowners, auto insurance, and other client needs.

Collect and input data accurately for quote generation.

Follow up with clients regarding quotes and proposals.

Maintain professionalism and confidence when communicating with clients.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service within the insurance industry.

Prior experience with quoting and servicing clients in an insurance agency setting.

Proven ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal training.

Bilingual proficiency required, specifically in English.

 

Preferred Skills:

Background in personal and commercial insurance.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

 

Personality:

Confident and articulate personality with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
