Our Client is seeking a Social Media Assistant responsible for managing their social media presence, engaging with followers, and converting leads. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling social media interactions and effectively managing online communities.

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Respond to comments and inquiries on social media platforms promptly and professionally.

• Engage with the audience to foster a positive community atmosphere.

• Convert social media interactions into potential leads.

• Manage and moderate a Facebook group, ensuring active participation and adherence to guidelines.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Assistant or in a similar role.

• Familiarity with managing Facebook groups and other social media platforms.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to create engaging content and visuals.

• Experience in the travel industry is a plus.

• Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.

 

Personality:

• Creative and proactive thinker.

Software & Tools:
