Job Description:

We’re hiring a full-time Marketing Specialist to take ownership of cold outbound campaigns and customer acquisition. If you have experience generating measurable results through outbound email, affiliate partnerships, and are excited by performance metrics like CAC and ROI, this role could be your next great fit.

 

Responsibilities:

Create and manage cold outbound email campaigns using Apollo, Clay, or similar platforms.

Build and activate referral/affiliate channels such as coaches, agencies, or networks.

Optimize campaigns to maintain a fully loaded CAC under $500.

Analyze metrics and iterate campaigns to maximize ROI.

Partner with leadership to pilot and scale paid advertising campaigns.

Document workflows and playbooks using tools like Notion.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

Proven success with outbound email marketing, ideally at a SaaS or growth-stage company.

Fluency in tools like Apollo, Seamless.ai, Clay, or other scraping/data-enrichment tools.

Strong grasp of outbound and full-stack marketing concepts.

Analytical and results-oriented; comfortable working with targets and KPIs.

Strong written/verbal English skills (native or near-native).

Available during 6 AM–6 PM CT (flexible hours).

 

Preferred Skills:

Experience marketing SaaS or affiliate-driven products.

Background in rapidly scaling marketing funnels.
