Job Description:

Our Client is looking for a part-time Digital Ads Assistant with solid knowledge of Meta Ads and a basic understanding of design principles. The ideal candidate will support digital marketing efforts by creating, launching, and optimizing ad campaigns, while occasionally assisting with visual content. This role is perfect for someone looking to grow in performance marketing while working flexible hours in a remote environment.

 

Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.

• Analyze ad performance data and provide actionable insights.

• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement new campaign strategies.

• Occasionally assist in the creation of basic visual assets for ads or social media.

• Maintain clear documentation of campaign setups, changes, and outcomes.

• Stay updated on Meta advertising policies and best practices.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Prior experience with Meta Ads Manager and launching paid ad campaigns.

• Understanding of audience targeting, pixel setup, and conversion tracking.

• Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express, or similar).

• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a part-time role (15 hours/week at first).

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Go High Level or other marketing automation platforms.

• Experience with basic ad copywriting or content creation.

• Comfort working in a remote startup environment.

 

Personality:

• Proactive and self-motivated.

• Detail-oriented and analytical.

• Creative mindset with a willingness to experiment and learn.

• Comfortable receiving and implementing feedback.

 

Software & Tools:

• Meta Ads Manager

• Basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express)

• Go High Level (plus)

• Google Sheets or other reporting tools

 

English Level:

C1, C2, Native

 

Schedule:

9 - 12 EST

 

Salary and Benefits:

• Part-time position (15 hours/week at first).

• Remote work with flexible scheduling.

• Payment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate's preference.
