Job Description:

Our client is seeking experienced recruiters to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting, excellent communication skills in English, and a proactive mindset.

 

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.

• Utilize ATS and CRM tools to track and manage candidate information.

• Collaborate with team members to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

• Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications.

• Maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and clients.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment.

• Proficient in written and verbal English.

• Experience with ATS and CRM systems.

• Proven track record of managing the full recruitment cycle.
