Job Title: Administrative Assistant and Copywriter

Position Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our client's team as an Administrative Assistant and Copywriter. This unique role combines administrative expertise with a flair for research and writing, supporting the executive team while contributing to the company's content strategy. The successful candidate will manage administrative tasks, conduct online research, and produce high-quality written content in fluent English.

About the Company:

Our client is an innovative company in the biomaterials industry, focused on leveraging natural resources to create sustainable alternatives to traditional materials. They are dedicated to environmental responsibility and are expanding their team to support their growth.

Availability:

  • Part-time, 20 hours per week

Work Schedule:

  • Flexible schedule Monday to Friday, with availability required between 9 AM and 5 PM EST.
  • Must be flexible for asynchronous tasks and available for urgent matters outside regular working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support:

  • Manage the calendar, scheduling, and appointments for executives.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and meeting materials using basic tools such as PowerPoint.
  • Track and follow up on project timelines and deliverables.

Online Research:

  • Conduct thorough research on relevant topics, industry trends, and competitors.
  • Summarize findings and present actionable insights to support decision-making.
  • Stay updated on market developments and product innovations.

Content Writing:

  • Create engaging and accurate written content for various purposes, including blog posts, articles, reports, and social media.
  • Engage with the community to help build the company’s social media following.
  • Edit and proofread content to ensure consistency in tone, grammar, and formatting.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in content writing, copywriting, or editorial work; links to a portfolio are welcome.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other office management software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative attitude, with the ability to work well with others in a dynamic setting.

Language Requirement:

  • C2 Level of English proficiency.

Preferred Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with content management systems and social media platforms is a plus.
  • A genuine interest in environmentalism or sustainability is preferred.
