Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Marketing and Sales Coordinator to assist in executing email marketing campaigns and managing sales leads. The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing and excellent communication skills. This is a part-time position designed to test market reception to an innovative parking integration solution.

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute email marketing campaigns targeting property management companies.

• Utilize provided contact lists to distribute marketing materials and follow-up communications.

• Coordinate with the company owner to strategize and implement outreach efforts.

• Assist in creating presentations and marketing collateral as needed.

• Maintain organized records of leads and communication efforts.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in marketing, sales, or a related field.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Proficiency in using email marketing platforms.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the real estate or property management industry.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.

 

Personality:

• Self-motivated and proactive.

• Detail-oriented and organized.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.

 

Software & Tools:

• Email marketing platforms (e.g., Constant Contact).
