Job Title: Appointment Setter

 

About the Company:

Our Client is dedicated to providing quality, hands-on dental education in a small-group setting. They operate in a hybrid model, combining in-person and online learning, and welcome 15–30 students every two months, allowing for personalized attention and fostering a supportive learning environment.

 

What You’ll Do:

The Appointment Setter will be responsible for reaching out to leads generated from various channels. The primary objective is to educate potential clients about the company's services and book appointments for closers or transfer calls when necessary. The ideal candidate should possess a friendly demeanor and be proficient in both English and Spanish, making contact via phone and text.

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Make 100+ calls daily to reach out to warm leads.

• Educate leads on the company's services.

• Book appointments for the sales closing team.

• Transfer calls to the closer as needed.

• Maintain organization and adhere to given directions across lead interaction.

• Utilize Go High Level as a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales or customer service.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

• Ability to handle a high volume of calls efficiently.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Strong organizational skills.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• Experience with CRM software, particularly Go High Level.

 

Personality:

• Must possess an upbeat and friendly attitude.

• Ability to engage with potential clients confidently and effectively.

 

Software & Tools:

• Familiarity with CRM software, especially Go High Level.

 

English Level:

C2

9-5 EST
