Our Client is seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to manage their monthly bookkeeping tasks. This role involves handling financial records and preparing reports for tax filing purposes. The ideal candidate will work remotely with a flexible schedule, ensuring that all tasks are completed by the end of each month.

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize financial records.

• Prepare monthly financial reports.

• Collaborate with CPA for tax filing.

• Retrieve statements from various booking platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO, and Stripe.

• Adapt to various property management systems as needed.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience in bookkeeping or related field.

• Familiarity with financial report preparation.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with bookkeeping software is a plus.

• Familiarity with property management systems and platforms like Airbnb and VRBO.

• Basic understanding of multiple languages is beneficial but not required.
