Our Client specializes in website development and digital solutions. They provide hosting, maintenance, and custom web development services for various clients. The team is expanding, and they are seeking a dedicated developer who can contribute to long-term growth and project success.

 

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Web Developer to join our Client's team. The ideal candidate should be experienced in website development using WordPress, including custom coding. This role requires attention to detail, punctuality, and strong problem-solving skills. The developer will be responsible for creating and maintaining websites, implementing custom solutions, and ensuring high-quality deliverables within set deadlines.

 

Work Schedule:

• Starting part-time (20-25 hours)
• Moving to Full-time after 1-2 months
• Flexible schedule, starting around 10-11 AM EST
• Availability required between 9 AM - 6 PM EST

 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain websites using WordPress, primarily utilizing templates
• Implement custom coding as required (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, React or similar languages)
• Deliver the first draft of websites within two weeks of receiving designs, depending on project complexity
• Handle revisions and ensure final product meets client expectations
• Provide ongoing maintenance and security updates for hosted websites
• Work collaboratively with the team and clients during development and troubleshooting

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in web development (portfolio required)
• Strong proficiency in WordPress and ability to write custom code
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, React and other relevant programming languages
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently

 

Preferred Skills:

• Highly punctual and reliable
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Adaptable and able to work independently or within a team
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
• Interest in creating engaging and interactive web experiences, including animations

 

Minimum Level of English Required:

Minimum C1 English proficiency to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
