Their mission is to simplify the rental experience for hosts while increasing profitability and guest satisfaction.

 

Job Description:

We are looking for a results-driven Salesperson with Airbnb experience to join our client’s team. This role focuses on identifying property owners who could benefit from professional Airbnb management and converting them into long-term clients. The ideal candidate understands the vacation rental market, especially the dynamics of Airbnb hosting, and is confident in communicating the value of professional property management services.

 

Responsibilities:

Identify and reach out to Airbnb property owners who are potential clients.

Clearly communicate the value proposition of professional Airbnb property management.

Conduct consultations to understand property owners’ goals, challenges, and needs.

Guide potential clients through the onboarding process.

Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, meetings, and deals using CRM tools.

Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

Provide feedback to the operations team to ensure a smooth handoff of new accounts.

Attend virtual meetings and collaborate with remote teams as needed.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales or business development.

Hands-on experience with Airbnb as a host, co-host, or property manager.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Ability to build trust with clients and manage objections effectively.

Familiarity with the short-term rental market and its operational aspects.

Comfortable working independently and remotely.

 

Preferred Skills:

Background in real estate, hospitality, or property management.

Knowledge of dynamic pricing tools or Airbnb algorithms.

Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

Understanding of local regulations around short-term rentals.

Self-starter with strong initiative and drive.

Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Empathetic listener and persuasive communicator.

Goal-oriented with a persistent attitude toward sales targets.

Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
