Their goal is to help these professionals launch and grow their online coaching businesses by providing AI-driven tools, marketing support, and operations management.

 

Job Description:

We are seeking a charismatic and highly communicative Sales Representative to join our team. This position involves calling warm to hot leads on behalf of our partnered coaches to sell a coaching platform. The Sales Representative will play a crucial role in communicating the value of the platform and guiding prospects through the sales process.

 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct 15-35 calls per day, depending on schedule and lead volume.

• Engage potential clients and clearly communicate the benefits of the coaching platform while effectively handling objections.

• Provide feedback to coaches and account managers based on sales calls.

• Attend team meetings weekly for training and strategy alignment.

• Perform administrative tasks, including follow-ups with previous leads.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Native English speaker or C2 level proficiency.

• Strong charismatic presence and excellent listening skills.

• Ability to work 40 hours per week, with flexibility based on business needs.

• Sales experience preferred but not required.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Strong persuasive communication skills.

• Ability to adapt to different client personas.

• Basic understanding of the fitness industry is a plus.

 

Personality:

• Outgoing and engaging with a friendly demeanor.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

• Team player with a positive attitude.

 

Software & Tools:

• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

• Experience with virtual meeting tools

Schedule:

9-5 PST Flexible
