Our Client is a digital marketing agency that focuses on ROI-driven marketing methods tailored specifically to your industry. They create custom solutions to enhance online success by increasing leads and sales while optimizing marketing costs.

 

What You’ll Do:

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to enhance client relationships and ensure efficient onboarding and project management.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Upload clients into the project management system

• Ensure onboarding processes are completed smoothly

• Handle follow-ups with existing customers

• Manage communication with older clients while the team focuses on new customers

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Strong English proficiency (C2 level preferred)

• Background in customer service is ideal; sales background also acceptable

• Experience with direct customer interaction

 

Preferred Skills:

• Organized and task-oriented

• Strong communication skills

• Trustworthy and self-sufficient

 

Personality:

• Comfortable in direct interactions with customers

• Ability to be molded from a “B player” to an “A player”

 

Software & Tools:

• Experience with project management systems is a plus

 

English Level:

C2

 

Schedule:

9-5 PST
