Job Description:

Our Client is seeking a Customer Service Representative with a focus on administrative support. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, manage email support, and ensure smooth communication with the pharmacy and medical group to provide tracking information and address customer concerns.

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone.

• Collaborate with the pharmacy and medical group to ensure accurate order tracking.

• Manage AI chatbot responses and escalate queries when necessary.

• Provide administrative support and handle basic IT issues related to web hosting and sales platform.

• Maintain communication with customers regarding order status and tracking information.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• 1 to 3 years of customer service or administrative experience.

• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.

• Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.

• Basic IT knowledge for web hosting and sales platform management.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.

• Experience with AI chatbots and CRM systems.

• Familiarity with Ring Central or similar communication tools.

 

Personality:

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Customer-oriented with a proactive approach to resolving issues.

 

Software & Tools:

• Ring Central for communication.

• CRM systems for customer management.
