• Provide outstanding customer service and support to clients inquiring about travel-related products and services.

• Assist customers with booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and tours.

• Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a calm and professional manner.

• Utilize technology and software tools to manage bookings and customer information efficiently.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service role within a travel agency.

• Proficiency in using technology and software tools related to the travel industry.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to stay calm and composed under pressure.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with travel booking systems and platforms.

• Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and processes.

• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
