Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Virtual Assistant to handle a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing communications, scheduling appointments, and performing light research.

 

Responsibilities:

• Answer messages and manage communication channels

• Schedule appointments and manage client calendars

• Conduct light research as needed

• Send follow-up emails to clients

• Take notes during calls and send recaps to clients

• Utilize communication tools such as WhatsApp for client interactions

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar administrative role

• Ability to work flexible hours, especially PST and EST coverage

• High proficiency in English, with at least a C2 level

 

Preferred Skills:

• Strong skills in spreadsheets and PowerPoint

• Professional demeanor and high IQ

• Experience in a client-facing role is a plus

 

Personality:

• Professional and detail-oriented

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Strong communication skills

 

Software & Tools:

• Familiarity with communication tools like WhatsApp

• Proficiency in spreadsheets and PowerPoint

 

English Level:

C2

 

Schedule:

Flexible with overlap 9-5 PST

 

Salary and Benefits:

Payment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate's preference.
