Our Client is a luxury villa marketplace operating in the high-end hospitality sector. They specialize in providing exceptional guest experiences for villa rentals by offering tailored services ranging from private chefs to organized tours.

Role Snapshot

The role involves engaging with high-end clients to facilitate villa bookings, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and managing inquiries effectively. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator who can represent the luxury offerings of Our Client.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
• Facilitate villa bookings and coordinate guest experiences.
• Maintain an organized pipeline of inquiries and follow up on leads.
• Use CRM software to manage client information and interactions.
• Provide detailed information about properties and services.

Minimum Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in travel or hospitality.
• Strong understanding of luxury market trends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work flexible hours aligned with client needs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CRM systems (preferably Go High Level).
• Knowledge of international travel destinations.
• Ability to engage with a sophisticated clientele.
• Strong listening skills and sales capability.
