Job Description:

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to lead and execute marketing efforts with a strong focus on landing pages, content strategy, and lead generation funnels. The ideal candidate will bring proven marketing expertise and the ability to independently strategize, execute, and optimize digital campaigns aligned with business goals. This is a part-time role with potential for long-term collaboration.

 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives aimed at revenue generation.

• Build and manage high-converting landing pages and simple sales funnels.

• Interpret brand assets (branding, language, tone, etc.) into cohesive marketing output.

• Collaborate on GoHighLevel setup and execution (content-side).

• Work with AI tools to expedite content creation while maintaining brand voice.

• Meet weekly with the client for planning and approvals.

• Potentially collaborate with a fractional Chief Marketing Officer for strategic execution.

• Coordinate campaign launches, focusing on programs like coaching packages, intensives, and group events.

• Understand SEO principles and incorporate them into content and landing pages.

• Optionally support paid ad strategy and traffic acquisition.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience creating landing pages and executing marketing funnels.

• Strong strategic marketing understanding (not just content creation).

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

• Excellent written English and communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to turn business goals into actionable marketing outcomes.

• Familiarity with WordPress and GoHighLevel (content-side).

• Availability for consistent weekly meetings and structured work throughout the week.

• Must adhere to HIPAA-compliance requirements and maintain confidentiality of any sensitive data.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in marketing for coaching, mental health, or personal development fields.

• Working knowledge of paid advertising platforms (PPC, social ads).

• Strong grasp of SEO best practices and performance tracking.

• Familiarity with AI content tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.

• Understanding of U.S.-based data protection expectations and business associate agreements.

• Comfortable working with minimal supervision and quick approvals.

• Adaptable to a fast-changing environment with limited bandwidth from the client.

9 - 1 EST

 

Salary and Benefits:

• Part-time to start (minimum 15 hours/week), with potential to scale based on results and fit.

• Flexible working hours; preferred availability on Mondays and Fridays (EST time zone).
