Responsibilities of the role:

Proactively source, screen, and interview potential candidates for various roles.

Conduct initial assessments of candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive experience.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Assist in creating engaging job postings and advertisements.

Stay informed on recruitment trends and best practices.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

Proven experience in a recruitment or similar role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.

High level of emotional intelligence and ability to assess personality traits.

Minimum C1 level of English proficiency (both written and spoken).

Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms.

 

Preferred Skills:

Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Familiarity with remote hiring processes.
