We are seeking a Sales Closer/Customer Service Representative who thrives in a structured environment with no cold calls involved. The role primarily involves handling incoming leads through email, text, or call, and requires creating and providing quotes based on client details.

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming leads and inquiries via email, text, and calls.

• Gather details from clients to create accurate quotes.

• Maintain simple and straightforward sales processes without the need for hard negotiations.

• Ensure clear and effective communication with clients.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in English (C2 level); a clear accent is acceptable.

• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or related industries is required.

• Familiarity with graphic design or experience using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Organizational skills to manage client details and create quotes efficiently.

• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools is advantageous.

 

Personality:

• Ability to work under a hard manager with a strong work ethic.

• Clear and professional communication style.

 

Software & Tools:

• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is beneficial but not required.
