Our Client is an eCommerce-focused organization managing multiple websites and product lines. They specialize in driving growth through data-driven strategies, analytics, and digital platforms to optimize online sales and customer experiences.

 

Job Description:

This role is focused on implementing advanced analytics and conversion tracking across multiple eCommerce sites. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly technical, and skilled in setting up and managing tracking tools that provide clear insights into customer journeys and behaviors.

 

Responsibilities:

• Configure and manage tracking for product clicks, purchases, and customer journeys.

• Monitor traffic sources including Meta, TikTok, Affiliate, and Organic channels.

• Identify and analyze cart abandonment trends.

• Map full customer journeys, tracking engagement points and time on site.

• Provide actionable insights to optimize conversions and customer retention.

• Evaluate performance data to recommend strategies for improving sales and reducing ad spend.

• Deliver regular reports and dashboards that support data-driven decision-making.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and UTM implementation.

• Strong knowledge of Looker Studio, ClickFunnels, and conversion tracking platforms.

• Hands-on experience with WordPress/WooCommerce and Shopify.

• Familiarity with third-party eCommerce seller platforms.

• Solid understanding of online sales funnels, attribution, and performance tracking.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in digital platforms.

• Experience working across multiple websites or eCommerce product lines.
