Job Title: Virtual Assistant (Full-Time)

 

About the Company:

Our Client is a growing real estate lending business that assists homebuyers throughout the loan pre-approval process and provides client support from initial inquiry to documentation review.

 

Job Description:

This role focuses on contacting warm leads, gathering client information, completing required forms, managing follow-ups, and supporting basic social media tasks.

 

Responsibilities:

• Contact warm leads and conduct initial intake calls.

• Gather and input client information into the CRM.

• Request, track, and follow up on required documentation.

• Send recap emails listing missing documents.

• Maintain organized client records.

• Handle customer service communications and follow-up tasks.

• Assist with basic social media tasks:

- Posting content

- Editing short videos

- Supporting social media management

• Assist with administrative duties to reduce workload.

• Collaborate with the client and potentially support additional team members.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience in administrative assistance and customer service.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to follow up consistently with clients.

• Fluency in Spanish and English (fluent level required).

• Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) in Pacific Time.

• Basic experience using CRM systems.

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with social media posting, video editing, or social media management.

• Prior work with forms, client intake processes, or documentation-heavy roles.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

 

Personality:

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

• Outgoing and comfortable speaking with clients.

• Reliable, consistent, and able to follow structured processes.

• Adaptable and willing to learn through training.

• Comfortable working directly with the business owner.

 

Software & Tools:

• CRM system (training provided).

• Microsoft Excel.

• Microsoft Word.

• Basic social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok).

• Tools for posting and light video editing.

 

English Level:

C2

 

Schedule:

9 to 6 PST

 

Salary and Benefits:
