Our client is seeking a part-time Sales Assistant to follow up with leads effectively. The ideal candidate will have experience in using HubSpot and possess strong communication skills to engage potential clients.

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Follow up with leads generated by the sales team.

• Use HubSpot to manage and track leads.

• Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings with potential clients.

• Provide excellent customer service and support during the sales process.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sales Assistant or in a similar role.

• Proficiency in using HubSpot CRM.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 

Personality:

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

• Friendly and approachable demeanor.

 

Software & Tools:

• HubSpot CRM.

 

English Level:

C2, Native

 

Schedule:

20-30 hours
