Our client is looking for a full-time Recruiter to manage the hiring process for their Amazon delivery business. The Recruiter will own the recruitment pipeline from sourcing candidates through onboarding, ensuring a smooth and professional hiring experience.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Source and screen candidates.

• Schedule and conduct interviews.

• Coordinate background checks and assessments.

• Communicate with applicants throughout the hiring process.

• Maintain recruitment records and applicant tracking.

• Follow up with candidates who miss interviews or require additional documentation.

• Coordinate interview calendars.

• Help improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience recruiting for U.S.-based positions.

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

• Comfortable working during U.S. Central Time business hours.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience recruiting drivers or logistics personnel.

• Experience with offshore or remote recruiting.

• Familiarity with U.S. employment practices.
