We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant with bookkeeping skills to support our operational needs. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, handle bookkeeping functions using QuickBooks, and manage various office tasks.

 

Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize office operations.

• Perform bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks.

• Process checks and handle financial transactions.

• Coordinate travel arrangements.

• Assist with placing orders for office supplies.

• Support other administrative functions as required.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.

• Proficient in QuickBooks.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Excellent communication skills.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in bookkeeping and financial reporting.

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

• Attention to detail.

 

Personality:

• Proactive and self-motivated.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Team player with a positive attitude.

 

Software & Tools:

• QuickBooks.

• Microsoft Office Suite.

 

English Level:

C2, Native.

 

Schedule:

9am - 5pm EST.
