Job Description:

Our Client is seeking a full-time hybrid UX/UI Designer & Product QA Specialist to join their growing product team. This role will be deeply embedded in the product development cycle, focusing both on optimizing user experience/interface and ensuring quality assurance across product releases. You’ll work directly with the Product Manager to create intuitive, conversion-focused designs while owning QA processes that maintain high product standards.

 

Responsibilities:

• Understand the full product journey to design and improve user flows and interfaces.

• Translate product requirements into intuitive and attractive wireframes and Figma designs.

• Conduct usability audits and recommend improvements that enhance the user experience and reduce customer support dependency.

• Own the product QA process: review releases, test functionalities, and ensure alignment with design specifications and product requirements.

• Collaborate with developers to identify UX flaws or design inconsistencies.

• Create and maintain product documentation, user journeys, and design assets.

• Participate in regular feedback loops with the product and business teams.

• Ensure design consistency across platforms and devices.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design and/or product QA.

• Experience working closely with product managers and developers.

• Proficient in creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma or similar tools.

• Strong understanding of usability principles and product design best practices.

• Experience performing manual QA testing and writing product requirement documents (PRDs).

• Comfortable analyzing design solutions for functionality, logic, and conversion optimization.

• Strong written and verbal communication in English.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in workforce tech, edtech, or B2B SaaS platforms.

• Familiarity with product analytics and tracking tools (e.g., GA, Hotjar, Mixpanel).

• Background in front-end development collaboration.

• Ability to work in fast-paced, iterative environments with offshore development teams.

 

Personality:

• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking.

• Comfortable balancing creative and functional thinking.

• Collaborative, curious, and proactive in solving user experience issues.

• Open to feedback, flexible, and capable of working independently in a remote setup.

• Not afraid to be “in the trenches” and own both strategic and tactical tasks.

 

Software & Tools:

• Figma (primary design tool)

• Project Management & QA tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, ClickUp)

• Slack, Google Workspace

• Optional: product analytics and monitoring tools

 

English Level:

C1, C2, Native

 

Schedule:

9 AM - 5 PM EST
