Our client is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess strong listening skills, empathy, and the ability to follow directions while being a good team player. Experience in sales is preferred, but the focus is on potential and willingness to learn.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Engage in B2B sales with realtors, promoting innovative rental solutions.

• Build rapport with clients and handle objections effectively.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.

• Strong command of English (C1 or C2 level).

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in real estate or American-facing companies.

 

Personality:

• Organized, determined, and coachable.

 

Software & Tools:

• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

 

Schedule:

• Full-time position.

• Monday to Friday.

• Working hours from 10 AM to 5 PM or 11 AM to 6 PM (Pacific Time).
