Job Description:
Our Client is seeking a proactive and sharp Administrative Assistant with a background in sales. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and be able to handle various administrative tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the sales team and other departments as needed.
• Manage communication and correspondence efficiently.
• Organize and maintain files and records.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
• Coordinate meetings and schedule appointments.
• Support sales activities and customer inquiries.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
• Strong background in sales.
• C2 level proficiency in English.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience using different CRMs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Personality:
• Proactive and sharp.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
Software & Tools:
• Familiarity with various Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is a plus.
English Level:
C2, Native
Schedule:
8 am-8 Pm
