Job Description:

Our Client is looking for an Inbound Sales Representative to join their growing sales team. This role focuses on handling inbound inquiries from parents interested in educational support for their children. The representative will guide prospects through the service offering, understand family needs, and convert qualified inbound leads into paying customers.

 

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound sales calls and inquiries from parents interested in educational services

• Understand parent and student needs through consultative conversations

• Present and explain service offerings clearly and confidently

• Close sales and convert qualified inbound leads into customers

• Follow up with interested prospects who require additional information

• Accurately track activities, conversations, and outcomes in internal systems

• Consistently work toward individual and team sales targets

• Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve sales performance

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• 1–5 years of experience in sales, customer-facing, or phone-based roles

• Experience with inbound sales or warm lead conversion

• Strong spoken English with the ability to communicate clearly with U.S.-based customers

• Confidence handling objections and guiding conversations toward a close

• Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics

• Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in B2C sales environments

• Background in education, tutoring, or service-based sales

• Familiarity with commission-based sales structures

• Experience selling to parents or households

• Ability to grow into senior or leadership roles over time

 

Personality:

• Confident, persuasive, and personable on calls

• Empathetic and patient when speaking with parents

• Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic

• Resilient and comfortable with performance-based roles

• Coachable and open to feedback

• Reliable and consistent in daily output

 

Software & Tools:

• CRM or internal lead management systems

• Communication tools for calls and follow-ups

• Scheduling and calendar tools

 

English Level:

C2, Native

 

Schedule:

9 to 5 EST
