We are seeking a Transaction Coordinator to streamline and manage our real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will ensure that all aspects of the transaction are organized and executed efficiently, from initial setup to closing.
Core Responsibilities:
• Organize and oversee transaction processes.
• Communicate with stakeholders regarding timelines and progress.
• Coordinate with title companies and intermediaries to ensure a smooth closing experience.
• Address any issues that arise during the transaction process.
• Maintain records and updates within the CRM system.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
• Experience in real estate or investment companies.
• Proficient in managing CRM systems.
• Prior experience in operations or project management is advantageous.
Preferred Skills:

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
